Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer, Benjamin oversees a global team of 50 cybersecurity professionals. He drives the implementation of comprehensive information security programs aligned with NIST frameworks, enhancing protection across both on-premises and cloud environments. Under his leadership, the organization has improved asset visibility, identity governance, and threat mitigation while modernizing security architecture and enforcing regulatory compliance.

Previously, Benjamin was Principal Cloud Engineer and Security Architect at Realtor.com, where he led the shift to zero-trust architecture and fostered a secure-by-design culture. He designed cloud security strategies across thousands of cloud accounts and multiple cloud service providers. His work ensured GDPR, PCI, and SOC2 compliance and secured a platform serving over 100 million monthly users.

Benjamin holds a CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and CCSK from the Cloud Security Alliance. He is the author of "The CISO Guide to Negotiating Compensation" and serves as a board member on several charitable and corporate boards.
